The Senior InfrastructureEngineer will lead the design, implementation, and management of networkobservability and monitoring solutions across the organization’sinfrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring network systems' highavailability, performance, and security in both on-premises and cloudenvironments. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deepexpertise in network technologies and observability tools, capable of guiding ateam to optimize and maintain robust network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation : Lead the architecture, configuration, andoptimization of network systems, ensuring high performance and resilienceacross the organization's infrastructure.
• Network Observability : Implement and manage network monitoringsolutions to maintain real-time visibility into network health,availability, and performance.
• Cloud & On-Prem Integration : Oversee and optimize both on-premises and cloudnetworking infrastructures, ensuring seamless operation in public,private, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Provide expert-level troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and optimization for network systems, includingconfiguration and performance tuning.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technicalguidance, best practices, and ensuring consistent quality in networkengineering operations.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure network systems adhere to securitypolicies and best practices, protecting the integrity and confidentialityof the infrastructure.
• Automation & Tools : Use network automation tools and scriptinglanguages to streamline processes and improve network operationalefficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Network Equipment Expertise : Extensive experience with Cisco and Aristarouters and switches, including configuration, troubleshooting, andperformance optimization.
• Cloud Networking : Strong understanding of cloud networkingprinciples , with hands-on experience working in public , private ,or hybrid cloud environments.
• Network Observability : Proficiency in network monitoring tools and techniques, capable of implementing end-to-end observabilitysolutions.
• Software-Defined Networking (SDN) : Solid knowledge of SDN technologies andtheir application in modern infrastructures.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with theability to lead root cause analysis efforts and implementcorrective actions to improve network performance.
• Network Automation : Experience with network automation toolsand scripting (e.g., Python , Ansible ) for optimizing networkoperations.

Requirements

• Experience :5+ years of industry experience in network engineering .

• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (CiscoCertified Network Professional/Expert), Arista ACE (AristaCertified Engineering), or similar certifications are preferred.

• IT Service Management (ITSM) : Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks is advantageous.

• Automation Tools : Experience with network automation andconfiguration management tools such as Python and Ansible .

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively measure and improve networkperformance.

• Familiarity with industry trends , standards ,and best practices in networking and enterprise architecture .

• Ability to provide effective tactical and strategicplanning to meet both operational and business objectives.
