Technical Support Rep (Internet Connectivity)

Love exploring technology, helping people and sharing your knowledge? Then we’re looking for you—join our NEVADA, MO Technical Support Team! Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for telecommunications clients. Guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions, including username/password problems, software installation/uninstallation, and hardware setup verification. Perform power cycling, application menu navigation, and email troubleshooting. Communicate technical solutions in a user‑friendly, professional manner. Perform related work as required in a 24/7 inbound call‑center environment. Qualifications Ability to work a 7 a.m.–12 a.m. schedule, seven days a week. Spanish bilingual is preferred and will receive priority with a pay differential. Benefits Competitive wage starting at $13.75/hour, depending on experience and skills.
