BOS Security is now hiring for a part-time security monitoring agent in the Athens, GA area.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 11:45PM-7:45AM

Applicant must be able to:

Have and maintain strong professional customer services skills

Show up to work on time and ready to work

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Monitor client sites with a mix of scheduled virtual patrols and video motion alarms.
• Issue talk downs through speakers when necessary
• Escalate to site contacts and police dispatch when necessary
• Monitor guard schedules to ensure on-time arrivals
• Coordinate with guard supervisors regarding call-outs and coverage
• Provide access control to client buildings and verify residents and visitors using agreed upon protocol

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Security, law enforcement, military, or other related experience and/or training preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Stable work history
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and a background check; This position is subject to random drug testing
