As a Customer Service Representative – Video Repair, you will work in one of our call center locations where you'll be responsible for providing support and repair services for our video technology, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting guides to provide solutions to our customers.

While six months of customer service experience is preferred, we'll give you the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.
