MRI Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to support a hospital in Sierra Vista, AZ. The MRI Technologist will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. Candidates must be able to maintain patient safety and image quality in a fast-moving hospital environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and current state licensure as required for practice in Arizona.
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
• BLS certification.
• Experience operating MRI scanners and performing common MRI protocols for neuro and body imaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with higher field MRI systems and contrast-enhanced studies.
• Prior work in a high-volume hospital radiology department.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 06:00 - 18:30.
