Compensation: $205,000–$270,000 per year (estimated salary range)

We're looking for a Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join our post-acute care team in the sunny and enchanting Las Cruces, NM, with a bit of time spent in El Paso, TX.

Whether you're fresh out of residency or a seasoned physician, if you're board-certified or board-eligible in FM or IM, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Travel between SNFs in Las Cruces (3–4 days/week) and El Paso (1–2 days/week) to provide top-notch care.
• Handle a variety of cases with a focus on patient recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality care for your patients.
• Keep your daytime hours flexible—because life doesn't always fit into a 9-to-5 box.

Requirements

• MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible (FM or IM).
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico and Texas.
• Willingness to travel between Las Cruces and El Paso.
