Human Resources Recruiter - Jacksonville, FL - Contract - $40-50 Per HR
Join our team in Jacksonville, FL, as a Human Resources Recruiter on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, and partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent. A background in financial services is preferred, and the role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies using social media and professional networks.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and candidate assessment.
- Negotiate candidate offers, including complex compensation packages.
- Stay informed on market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
- 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience in a large, complex organization.
- Proficient in direct sourcing techniques, including social media platforms.
- Experience in a consultative recruiting model, advising senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of complex compensation structures and negotiation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
