Senior Project Manager - Interior Design

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional high-end residential projects, from ground-up construction through to large-scale renovations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, balancing exceptional design standards with seamless project execution.

Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and an in-house design team, you'll oversee every stage of the process - from construction documentation and site coordination to procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and final installation. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest level of quality while maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years' experience managing luxury residential interior design projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, custom furnishings, FF&E procurement, and construction administration. You'll be a confident communicator, an organised problem-solver, and a natural leader who enjoys mentoring junior team members while driving projects forward independently. xhyhwjd

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Studio Designer, and Google Workspace is essential, along with a collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail.
