Cannabis Harvest Technician

You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting. Requirements: Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.) Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day. Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures Attention to detail Willingness to take directions and constructive feedback Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds Proven work ethic and reliable transportation Ability to arrive on time Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Ohio, which includes being at least 21 years of age.
