Cannabis Harvest Technician

Job Description

If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Technicians to work at their multiple production facilities within a 30-minute drive from the Youngstown, Ohio, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing ( is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
• Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
• Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
• Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take directions and constructive feedback
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Ohio, which includes being at least 21 years of age.

Pay Starts at $15/hr
