Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Westfield, MA at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to support functional return to community activities. Maintain professional licensure, document care in compliance with regulations, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document according to state and payer requirements.
• Ability to participate in student supervision and support professional development activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in outpatient clinic settings with a diverse caseload.
• Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry processes.
• Engagement in continuing education and professional organizations.
