- Perform residential and commercial service repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Accurately diagnose plumbing, heating, no-heat, and no-hot-water issues
- Handle basic drain cleaning and heating-related service calls
- Present solutions using a professional, good-better-best approach
- Use Housecall Pro (HCP) to manage calls, estimates, and customer communication
- Deliver high-level customer service with confidence, clarity, and integrity
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites -every call, every time
- Proven service plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of modern plumbing methods, codes, and materials
- Comfortable handling heating systems and no-heat/no-hot-water calls
- HVAC or furnace experience is a strong plus
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Professional, reliable, and team-first mindset
- $28 - $40/hour , paid weekly
- Commission Bracket System - the more you produce, the higher your commission percentage
