The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the maintenance team by overseeing daily operations, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring equipment functionality. This role assists in managing staff, maintaining schedules, and upholding safety standards to promote efficient facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff and daily operations
- Coordinate and schedule repair and preventive maintenance activities
- Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Report maintenance issues and progress to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
- Support training and development of maintenance personnel
