We are currently hiring for a Fiscal Technician position. Below are the key details for the role:
- Position: Fiscal Technician- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: Alternating rotation between the Mercantile office and the Golden Gate office
- Requirements: Candidates must complete all required background checks and drug screenings. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accounting duties including cashiering, receiving, posting, and reconciling payments, preparing bank deposits, and managing adjustments, balance transfers, refunds, and bank drafts.
- Provide general clerical support, such as answering phone calls, assisting customers, and filing or scanning documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Please note that as an essential employee, you may be required to work during declared or undeclared emergencies as determined by the County's Administrative Office.
