Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is needed for a role on a medical surgical floor at a healthcare facility located in Wilson, North Carolina. This position involves providing patient care on a 22-bed unit with adult and geriatric populations, utilizing Meditech electronic health records. The assignment starts on August 3, 2026, and offers a 12-hour shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Location: 1705 Taboro Street SW, Wilson, NC 27893
• Position: RN, Medical Surgical Floor
• Number of Openings: 1
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree in Nursing (RN), at least 2 years of experience in Med Surg, current BLS and NIH certifications, must be able to work 12-hour day shifts, experience with Meditech electronic health records
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic health record system is highly preferred
• Additional Information: Must be able to schedule shifts to meet the needs of the unit. Float may be required as a second nurse on Telemetry, Emergency Department, or other units.
