Customer Success Manager

Job Description
REPOWR is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to be both problem-solver and growth partner for our suppliers, carriers, and brokers - resolving issues that come up day to day while helping each partner get more value from our platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a freight broker, carrier operation, or logistics background who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced tech-enabled environment. You will focus on both the supply and demand side of our ecosystem, helping partners optimize their asset utilization and generate revenue through continuous platform usage. You'll own a portfolio of active accounts, responsible for partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

In this role, you will:

• Field incoming partner issues and prioritize by urgency and complexity
• Diagnose root cause behind transaction, booking, payment, or listing problems
• Escalate complex cases to Product or Operations and track them to close
• Onboard and train users on the platform
• Flag underperforming accounts and recommend ways to re-engage them
• Maintain accurate case and account records in HubSpot

Requirements

• 2+ years in transportation, freight, broker, or carrier customer support or operations, with hands-on client-facing experience
• Sharp communicator, equally effective verbal and written
• Technically adept and at ease navigating multiple systems and platforms day to day
• Thrives under pressure and adapts well to a high-volume, fast-changing workload
• Driven by measurable outcomes and comfortable being held to performance targets
• Skilled at earning trust and keeping partners engaged over the long term
• Chattanooga, TN candidates preferred; hybrid or remote considered for the right fit.
