Owner's Rep PM: Lead Projects, Budgets & Delivery

Paradigm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery for owner clients in Idaho. You will be the primary client-facing representative, coordinating with owners, design teams, and contractors to meet goals on schedule and within budget. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, lead project meetings, review pay apps and change orders, and prepare monthly owner reports.
