Senior Manager, Strategy & Operational Readiness

Senior Manager role within the Endoscopy Division overseeing strategy execution, operational readiness, and cross-functional governance. This divisional leadership position manages product development programs, business reviews, and integration activities across multiple business units while serving as a key connector between operations and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance processes prioritizing strategic initiatives and monitoring execution across business units
- Direct operational readiness reviews for product development programs identifying risks before launch milestones
- Manage monthly business performance reviews tracking operational metrics and program advancement
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee operational due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions affecting product development and manufacturing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in medical device, engineering, operations, supply chain, or program management
- Experience leading multi-functional initiatives across business units in regulated environments
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in New Product Development, validation, or design transfer activities (preferred)
- Project Management, LEAN, Six Sigma certification or related credentials (preferred)
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integration, or business transformation (preferred)
Compensation: $176,300 - $293,700 USD Annual
