Position Overview Primary Care Physician – NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health, Jackson Heights (Central Queens). Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the Gotham Health Community‑Based Practices, the largest FQHC in the United States. This role provides care to diverse families and individuals throughout New York City. Opportunity Details 40‑hour work week, daytime hours. Opportunity to serve a diverse, underserved community in central Queens. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on 40‑hour work week. Estimated total compensation: $315,120 (board eligible); $320,620 (board certified), including base salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per‑diem hours, and other factors. Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per‑diem hours worked per week: $55,520. 401(k) company contribution: immediate 3% of base earnings, with an additional 7% after one year of service. Annual CME reimbursement. Generous paid time off: vacation, sick, holiday, and CME days. Medical, prescription, and dental coverage: top‑tier plans with employee contributions below market rates. Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D): equaling 2x salary (up to $300,000) at no cost to the employee. Optional voluntary life and AD&D coverage for the employee and family.
