About The Role E-Commerce Product Photo Associate - Earning potential up to $18.90 ($16.00 plus incentive programs) Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As consigned goods travel into our warehouse facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Photography Production Assistant, you will photograph items ranging from designer clothing to fine jewelry and watches, capturing detailed images that showcase product condition. What You Get To Do Every Day Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards. Dress a mannequin quickly and efficiently, according to TRR company styling guidelines. Take photos of the mannequin from different angles using a remote control (camera settings are pre-programmed; no adjustments to settings are required). Achieve hourly and daily quota requirements. Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio. Maintain an organized and tidy workspace. Other duties as assigned. This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) and may be triggering for those with photosensitivity. Additional information is available upon request. What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment. Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment. Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results. Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. Adaptability and openness to change. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (dressing and lifting mannequins, moving product, etc.). Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to work weekends as needed. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
