Service Maintenance Sales Representative

Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, site visits, and events Identify qualified opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs Close new service agreements and transition clients to account managers Track pipeline activity and manage follow-ups through CRM Serve as a professional, consultative point of contact for prospects Collaborate with service and operations teams to align proposals with capacity and capabilities Qualifications Required: 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B setting Proven track record of closing self-generated business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage a full sales pipeline and work independently Coachable, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated Desired: Familiarity with HVAC or building systems Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue contracts Comfortable presenting to business owners, facilities managers, or executive teams What’s In It For You First year OTE: $80k-$120k Monthly vehicle allowance Paid time off and 7 paid holidays Health and dental insurance 401(k) program #J-18808-Ljbffr Craft Recruiting
