Due to growth and expanding therapy needs, we seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodland, California.

This PRN position at Woodland Memorial Hospital in Woodland offers a flexible PRN position - periodic days, vacation coverage, weekends . . . we can make this work to fit your existing schedule. The Rehab team is solid and ready to welcome you. In the acute hospital setting, a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will focus on early mobilization, educating patients post-surgical interventions and providing guidance on safe discharges.

Woodland Home Health/Acute maintains a good strong interdisciplinary team directed by an experienced, supportive and approachable Rehabilitation Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
• Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training
• Educate patients and family on proper care plans
• Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided

 

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
• California State licensed Physical Therapist

Salary range $55-$85/hour, or equivalent salary dependent upon working hours, experience, and total compensation. We are flexible.
