Analyst Claims Service
This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in Claims Service, who works under close supervision. Disseminates key information and industry trends to the team. Manages highest complexity claims and maintains a high level of reserving, settlement and payment authority with limited need for escalation. Directs others regarding file management and resolution.
Location: Franklin, MA
Duration: 6.5 months
Rate: *** Contract to hire: TBD
Hours: Flexible 40 hours FT - potential for OT; half the shift overlaps with core team
Remote or Onsite: Remote - preferably local to Franklin; Open to nationwide candidates that could work EST and CST
Equipment: Pick up or ship: Pick Up
Interview process: Typing test; select the best candidates that would fit; 2 HM interview; Zoom interview
Additional Details:
- Receive claims for reimbursement - Online, Mail, Email, or Paper fax
- Review, transcribe to web platform and submit the claim
- Adjudication process - reviewing claims and determining if they approved for reimbursement and denied
- Changing addresses
- Core business - Claims
- Candidates are able to progress and move up to more responsibilities
ProoveIt Test - Data Entry and WPM - 75% or above for Data entry and 35+ for WPM
Submit scores on resume
December and January are busy months
Approve, or deny claims up to a certain amount Everyone starts in administration role and then move through to different roles (junior and then senior)
Candidates may move up to Junior Adjudication roles
