Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years of home health Physical Therapy Assistant experience. Previous home health experience. Experience using EPIC. BLS certification from AHA only. Driver’s License. VA or Compact License. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend requirements: None. On-call requirements: None.
