Compensation:

Weekly Guarantee: $1,600 per week

Miles Pay: 53 CPM with 2000 Miles per Week

Stops Pay: $24.00 per Stop with 35 Stops per Week

Per diem pay: $26.52 per night with 2 - 3 nights per Week

Overnights in Ryder booked hotel or sleeper

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Home weekly, including weekends

Monday – Friday, 2-3 nights out per week

Route: IL, IN, MI, OH, MO, WI, MN, IA, KS

Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel or sleeper

Steel & metal products (securement required)

Equipment:

Late model trucks

48–53 Conestoga, curtainside, flatbed

Equipment: Electric Pallet Jack

Manual transmission

24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

Must have a valid CDL A License

Minimum 21 years of age

Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle

6 months of flatedbed experience required

9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Pass a Ryder Drug Test

Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Must live within 30 miles of University Park, IL
