Position Summary: Ubique Group is seeking a full-time Parcel Picker to support our furniture warehouse operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining company standards for safety, productivity, and accuracy. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our "Move to the Work" culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge. Schedule: Monday--Friday, 6:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs. Responsibilities: - [Performing all daily cycle counts and inventory reports.]{#isPasted} - Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies. - Qualifications: - Must have 1-2 year of Inventory experience - Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience - Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures - [Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. ]{#isPasted} - [Ability to stand, kneel, bend for the 8-hour shift.]{#isPasted} - Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment.
