South Korea GV Payroll/Business Analyst

Consultant For Globalview Payroll Implementation Project

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our APAC HCM Practice to support a GlobalView payroll implementation project in South Korea. The consultant will serve as a Payroll / GlobalView Business Analyst, providing functional and analytical support throughout the implementation leading up to a January 2027 go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise for the South Korea payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration.
• Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Korea-specific payroll and statutory requirements.
• Support data migration, parallel testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate configuration.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualification(s):

• Proven experience supporting ADP GlobalView implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Korea payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation.
• Fluency in English; Korean language skills a must.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in multinational payroll implementation or transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date of January 2026 and an initial duration through January 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Level of Effort: Full-time during key project phases, including testing and go-live.

Working Hours: Primarily APAC business hours. Remote work possible with alignment to Korea Standard Time.
