Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provide acute emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while efficiently managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize interventions based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, procedures, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room or acute care settings.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
