• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
