Job Location: We have offices in San Jose, CA & Morgan Hill, CA but are open to strong remote candidates
Compensation: $130K - $250K base depending on experience plus bonus and equity partnership track!
Requirements: Active California Bar License with 2+ years of Trust & Estate Planning Litigation experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who wishes to further their career within a partnership track environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust administration, estate planning, probate, and litigation, and will be responsible for effectively representing clients in complex trust and estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation cases
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues
• Advise clients on estate planning and probate matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
• Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law and litigation trends

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar License
• 2+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation
• Strong knowledge of trust administration and estate planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal ethics
