Caregiver / CNA - North Fulton Client Cluster

Quality Personal Care (Spears Home Care Inc. DBA Quality Personal Care) is hiring a dependable, compassionate Caregiver/CNA to support multiple clients throughout the North Fulton area, primarily in Roswell (30075), Johns Creek (30097), Alpharetta/Milton (30004), and Sandy Springs (30350).

This position is ideal for a local caregiver who wants to build a steadier part-time schedule by serving clients in nearby communities. Current service needs may provide approximately 26–32 hours per week as cases are confirmed and schedules are coordinated. Many visits are shorter shifts, so afternoon availability and flexibility to serve more than one nearby client are especially helpful.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal-care needs

• Provide safe mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance

• Prepare light meals and complete light housekeeping and laundry

• Offer companionship, supervision, and respite support

• Provide medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted scope

• Complete required visit documentation accurately and on time

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the QPC office

Required Qualifications

• Current negative TB test

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation to client homes throughout North Fulton

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications completed through in-person training

• Dependable attendance, professional communication, and a compassionate approach to care

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, personal care, home care, CNA, or senior-care experience

• Experience assisting clients with dementia, mobility limitations, stroke recovery, or transfers

• Availability for afternoon and short-shift assignments

Pay and Opportunity

• $17.00 per hour

• Part-time schedule with the opportunity to combine compatible nearby cases

• Current QPC employees may earn a $500 employee referral bonus for successful referrals, subject to company referral-program terms
