Responsibilities Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state‑of‑the‑art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. We are seeking high‑caliber applicants who will provide innovative and evidence‑based care focused on each patient’s individual needs, comfort, and safety. Position Description The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practice. The RN oversees and directs the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients. Day Shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, every other weekend rotation required. Night Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, every other weekend rotation required. Location: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required. Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred. License: Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of Michigan required.
