Relief Pharmacist - Sign-On - Relocation

Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy. Registered and licensed in the state of practice (Wisconsin). Retail/Community Practice experience. Working knowledge of pharmacy system, policies and procedures; understanding of regulatory environment of the state. Responsibilities Fill prescriptions safely and accurately. Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership. Hold pharmacy technicians accountable and mentor them to be effective team members. Motivate team members to perform to their highest level. Be competent and knowledgeable of Meijer Policies and Procedures as well as state and federal laws. Communicate effectively and be an agent of change. Organize and prioritize workload effectively. Listen to patients and resolve their needs, customer service. In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, responsible for pharmacy operations. Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations where allowed. Other duties as assigned or required.
