Job Title: Inside Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Franklin, TN (100% onsite)
Pay: $25–$28/hour

About the Role
We’re seeking an Inside Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing and inactive customer accounts. This role focuses on re-engaging clients, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue—no cold prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business, including dormant accounts
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage and build customer relationships
• Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to support customer needs
• Track activity and maintain accurate CRM records
• Provide timely customer support and issue resolution

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer-facing B2B experience or bachelor’s degree
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CRM experience required
