Position Overview Assurance Senior Associate – Commercial Real Estate team – New York City office. Hybrid role with expected in‑office presence of approximately three days a week. Your Role Support the Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Commercial Real Estate team, providing engagement leadership on client accounts. Responsibilities Engagement lead on specific client accounts. Pre‑engagement planning, execution and final deliverables. Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets and schedules. Actively participate in proposals. Manage and coach staff associates and interns. Provide effective client management, timely communication and clear direction. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in another public accounting firm. Real‑estate experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX. Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills. Compensation Salary range: $85,000 to $140,000. Compensation is based on skills, experience and location and includes a discretionary performance bonus, paid time off and parental benefits.
