CT Technologist

Position Description

This position runs on the weekend from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, starting November 1st.

• Unit Staffing: 2-3 staff members will be available during this shift

Scheduling Requirements

Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a lunch break. Note that floating will not be required for this position.

Patient Experience Requirements

• Certifications: ARRT RT (R) (CT)
• Requested Skill Set: Competent in CT exams
• Advanced Skills Needed: Basic CT skills are necessary, no interventional experience required as the shift will support the Emergency Room volume.
• Procedures Performed: CT exams that support the ER

Qualifications

• Certifications Required: ARRT RT (R) (CT), accredited in CT
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Dress Code

Required uniform: Navy

Unit Guidelines/Policies

Candidates will review scanning protocols and IV Contrast policy upon onboarding.
