WHAT YOU'LL DO ** Recruit & Interview: ** Proactively source, interview, and connect qualified candidates with immediate job opportunities in the multifamily industry.

• * Build Relationships: ** Communicate directly with candidates and clients to understand their needs and find the right match.
• * Drive Results: ** Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, meet recruiting goals, and help fill open positions quickly.
• * Get Social & Network: ** Promote job opportunities through social media, job boards, networking, job fairs, and recruiting events.
• * Onboard & Support: ** Guide candidates through applications, background screenings, onboarding, and new-hire requirements.
• * Keep Things Moving: ** Maintain accurate applicant records, update job postings, welcome walk-in applicants, and support daily office operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ** Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED ** Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicating with people. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. A proactive, competitive, and results‑driven mindset. Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable using social media, job boards, Microsoft Office, and recruiting systems.
