Position Overview The Retirement Manager oversees the organization’s group retirement business, ensuring exceptional client service, regulatory compliance, and effective support for advisors and plan participants. This role manages day‑to‑day retirement plan operations, coordinates with vendors, leads internal teams, and delivers employee education related to retirement planning. Work Arrangement This is a full‑time, hybrid position reporting to our office in Omaha, NE. Professional Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for group retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h) Support advisors and client groups by maintaining high standards of service and care Ensure compliance with applicable retirement plan laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Coordinate with retirement plan vendors, broker/dealers, and internal partners Lead and manage team members to ensure service obligations and meetings are consistently met Deliver group education sessions, seminars, and presentations for plan participants Respond to employee questions regarding retirement planning, investments, risk tolerance, and time horizons Identify opportunities to expand retirement services and support business growth Assist with audit preparation and required documentation for broker/dealer reviews Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63/65/66 licenses Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of retirement plan types and regulatory requirements Proven leadership experience, including team management and development Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver a high‑quality service experience CMFC and/or AIF certification preferred About Patriot Growth Insurance Services Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth‑focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
