Criminal Justice Planner PositionThe Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitative Services is recruiting for a Criminal Justice Planner position located in Anchorage, Alaska.What You Will Be Doing:Initiate, develop, monitor, and supervise substance use disorder treatment programs statewide within the Alaska Department of Corrections including supervising staff and contractors, monitoring clinical and program performance practices, and managing fiscal responsibilities.Assist in the development of short-and long-range plans for statewide substance use disorder treatment programs, including identification and analysis of problems within these programs and development of strategies to address any program issues.Provide ongoing training on department standards, evidence-based interventions, and behavioral health related topics specific to substance use disorder and the criminal justice related populations.Gather, analyze, and report on program statistical data in oral and written form.Our Mission, Values, and Culture:The HARS Mission Statement: To provide timely access to essential care through an evidence-based multidisciplinary approach. Atwood building.
