Your Role

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate within Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive, well-rounded patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families vital therapy practices to encourage progress beyond the clinic.
• Monitor and Adjust Treatment: Keep track of clinical advances and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success.

Preferred Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Required Certifications

• Current licensing as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
