Location: Nazareth, PA (Conveniently located off Route 33)

Pay Rates

1st Shift: $17.00/hour
2nd Shift: $18.00/hour
Plenty of overtime available

Available Shifts

1st Shift

Monday through Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Monday through Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Summary

We are hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our team in Nazareth, PA. This position involves accurately picking products, packing orders, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pick products based on customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
Verify item numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
Pack products securely for shipment
Label boxes and pallets correctly
Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse functions as needed
Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

Preferred previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a team environment
