Civil Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

$110,000 - $160,000 yearly + bonus DOE

What You Will Do

As part of our litigation team, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conducting legal research and developing strong written arguments
• Assisting in deposition preparation, hearing preparation, and trial preparation
• Preparing exhibits, witnesses, timelines, and litigation materials for trial
• Supporting senior attorneys in case strategy
• Participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, and selected court appearances
• Maintaining organized files, deadlines, and litigation readiness across active matters

This role is built for an attorney who wants to become exceptionally strong in the discipline behind trial success.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an attorney who:

• Has 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Has meaningful exposure to litigation procedure, discovery, and hearings
• Enjoys preparation, strategy, and helping build strong cases
• Works well inside a collaborative team environment
• Takes initiative and values learning from experienced trial lawyers
• Cares deeply about the clients behind the cases

This is an excellent fit for someone who wants to strengthen trial skills while contributing to meaningful plaintiff litigation.

Compensation

$110,000 to $160,000, depending on experience

In addition to salary, compensation includes:

• Significant performance-based bonus opportunity
• Origination fee opportunity
• Strong long-term earning potential tied to contribution and results
