A well-established, AAHA-accredited 24-hour small animal hospital in Bakersfield, California is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its experienced and collaborative medical team. This opportunity is open to experienced veterinarians, new graduates, and current veterinary students , with structured mentorship available.
The hospital has served the local community for nearly 100 years and offers advanced diagnostics, specialty collaboration, and a large, skilled support staff—allowing doctors to focus on practicing high-quality medicine.

$180,000 per year +
Salary negotiable based on experience, skills, and credentials
