What you will enjoy doing:

• Perform analyses of trace metals in electronic gases and mixtures using ICP-MS techniques with a minimum of direction
• Perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting of ICP-MS instrumentation and sample preparation panels
• Develop new analytical methods for trace metals analysis of electronic gases
• Complete analytical projects on time
• Analyze test data using robust data analysis techniques
• Demonstrate safe laboratory skills in handling gases
• Work effectively with product development laboratory personnel and with cross functional engineering groups
• Provide technical support for plant and customer problems and issues
• Provide technical training for less senior laboratory personnel

What makes you great:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required, advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in an analytical laboratory
• Demonstrated experience with hands on ICP-MS sample preparation, ICP-MS operation and trouble shooting
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and statistical software
