Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience required
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Experience working in a team-oriented warehouse environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse policies

• Operate a floor scrubber to maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Collect and dispose of warehouse debris and trash throughout the facility
• Build repack boxes and assist with repackaging projects
• Organize inventory and maintain designated storage areas
• Support returns processing and material movement
• Keep docks, workstations, and warehouse areas clean and organized
• Transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal locations
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

• Lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Perform physically active work in a warehouse environment
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• No headphones permitted on the warehouse floor
• No cell phone use while working
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available to work the full Monday-Friday schedule with no conflicts
• Willingness to support all warehouse functions as needed
• Must maintain excellent attendance, especially during the first 90 days

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
