Adelphi is seeking Music Therapists to provide services to students at schools in Lake Worth, Texas. The ideal candidates will assess students’ needs and deliver individualized, evidence-based music therapy interventions to support educational, behavioral, communication, social-emotional, and developmental goals.

Requirements :

• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy from an accredited program

• School-based or pediatric music therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct music therapy assessments to identify students’ educational, developmental, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional needs.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based music therapy interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals.

• Provide individual and group music therapy services using appropriate musical activities, instruments, and techniques.

• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service professionals.

• Monitor student progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust services based on documented outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and FERPA-compliant service records, progress notes, and evaluation reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
