Position Details

• Schedule: 2 full days and 1 half day each week
• Patient Load: 10 - 15 patients daily
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Collaboration: 1 nurse practitioner for collaborative agreement
• Responsibilities: Oversight of injectable medications required
• Focus: Adult dual diagnosis and personality disorders
• Location: Must work in person at both clinic locations
