Commercial Service Specialist

Position Overview Commercial Service Specialist – responsible for supporting and managing day‑to‑day operations and services for commercial banking clients, including treasury products, loans, and deposits. The role serves as the primary point of contact and works closely with internal teams such as implementations, treasury, and banking officers. The shift is 10:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. Central Time. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients via phone or email, addressing routine servicing needs. Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience. Onboard new checking, savings, and CD accounts for clients. Respond to internal and external client inquiries with a sense of urgency. Collaborate with the Relationship Team to set clear expectations on deliverables and due dates. Maintain an unparalleled customer experience (TUCE) by coordinating client needs with other functions. Act as a liaison among clients and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of client issues. Identify opportunities for clients to self‑serve, reducing operational load. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of proven customer service experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience in banking or financial services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnaround requests. Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and resolution‑based problem‑solving abilities. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Good interpersonal and networking skills to collaborate with internal areas. Compensation & Benefits Compensation ranges (US): California, Washington D.C., New Jersey, New York: $62,310 – $90,760 Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin: $56,890 – $83,080 All other U.S. states: $51,480 – $75,410 Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) matching, annual incentive pay, paid holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, dependent care accounts, adoption assistance, employee assistance program, fitness reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and various associate banking benefits.
