About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Industry Lead for Food and Beverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of new business sales professionals and account managers, with a focus on nurturing existing relationships and initiating new ones among partners. This role requires the identification, creation, and management of key account/business relationships to develop solutions that generate revenue for the company. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing industry sales revenue, providing accurate assessments of progress, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure positive risk and relationship management. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of direct people management and digital media sales experience, with a strong network within the food and beverage industry. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, engaging teams, and a deep understanding of the industry and its key players. Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is required, and the ideal candidate will have a background in selling to brands on the vendor side. The VP will be expected to make quick and decisive personnel decisions, provide tailored coaching, and guide their teams to success, all while embodying the company's core values and vision.
