About the Position

Job Title: Pediatric Pulmonology Telephone Triage RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 6-Week Contract Shift: Day 4x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 09:00 - 17:30 Experience: 2 years of experience working as an RN in Pediatrics and/or Telephone Triage is required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in office duties - Experience with authorization forms - Experience with pharmacy calls/patient refill requests - Telephone triage experience - Familiarity with EPIC charting system Description: This position is for a Pediatric Pulmonology Telephone Triage RN. The role involves telephone triage for patients aged birth to 18 years with pulmonary and respiratory diagnoses. There is no hands-on patient care required. As part of this role, you will manage office duties, authorization forms, and pharmacy calls/patient refill requests. The work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Weekends and on-call duties are not required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience or telephone triage experience to apply. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage triage calls.
