We emphasize continuous learning, collaboration, and role optimization to align with KES's vision, ensuring accountability and rewarding contribution.What You Will DoAssist with financial closing procedures, such as prepare journal entries, create ad-hoc reports, and prepare balance sheets account reconciliations to ensure account balances are correct and adequately supportedCreate and present ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for internal customersActively engage with internal customers, developing strong relationships with operations management to better understand and anticipate business needsSupport the business by facilitating a strong internal financial control environmentParticipate in location AuditsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in Accounting/Finance focused role that requires a solid understanding of accounting processes and financialExperience in Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)Strong communication skills with experience presenting and tailoring messages to a variety of audiencesWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor’s degree or higher in AccountingERP experienceConstruction industry experienceExperience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)Experience leveraging generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
